July 2020 | Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology

Construction work continues at a pace at the Kennedy Institute of Rheumatology on their roof top extension. Novus Space were employed by the Kennedy in early 2018 to develop a feasibility study and to support them on the business case for this project and subsequently worked with Fathom Architects on the initial space planning. It’s great to see Fathom Architects and Beard Construction making such good progress on such an important project.

July 2020 | Sycamore House, Stevenage

Novus Space have been collaborating with NRAP Architects for the past year on an exciting project for Kadans Science Partners. The project is the conversion of a 1980’s warehouse and storage facility into vibrant offices and laboratories for start-up, scale-up and mature companies in the Stevenage life science sector.

July 2020 | James Hutton Institute – International Barley Hub and Advanced Plant Growth Centre

Novus Space has been collaborating for the past year with Oberlanders Architects on an exciting scheme for the James Hutton Institute near Dundee. This new £30m research facility, will provide new research laboratories, offices, specialist support labs and controlled environment rooms as well as new meeting, collaboration and social spaces.
